Rick Isaacson

Rick Isaacson is applying his decades of business experience to the ministry world to empower Christian leaders and save as many souls as possible. After attending Boise State University, Rick began his career as a sales leader for mutual of Omaha. Then, for decades, he served as Executive Vice President of his family’s company, SERVPRO Headquarters—overseeing strategy, marketing, training, and national accounts. Following a majority acquisition of SERVPRO by private equity firm Blackstone, Rick was appointed CEO and subsequently added $2 billion in sales and quadrupled EBITDA in four years. He was appointed by Governor Bill Lee to the State Workforce Development Board. He serves on multiple other for-profit and nonprofit boards. He is married to Kristie Isaacson, and they have four children—three sons in leadership roles for SERVPRO and a daughter leading the foundation.

Benji Wilson

Benji Wilson is a business development leader and ministry professional who serves as Vice President and Co-Owner of Servpro Team Wilson, where he leads strategic growth and acquisitions. Alongside his business role, Benji serves as Worship Pastor at The Church at Chelsea-Westover, blending his passion for faith and leadership to equip and inspire others. He is also the host of the HigherUp Podcast, a platform designed to equip Christian business professionals with tools and encouragement for living out their faith in the workplace. Benji's unique combination of entrepreneurial drive and ministry calling reflects a wholehearted commitment to discipleship and service. He and his wife, Sarah, have been married since 2012 and are the proud parents of three children — Sammie, Mahlon, and Makenzie. In his free time, Benji enjoys traveling with his family, following the Auburn Tigers and Dallas Cowboys, and playing golf.

Bob Goodall

Bob Goodall is a visionary business leader and philanthropist best known for building Goodall Homes into one of Middle Tennessee's most recognized homebuilders, earning the company the 2014 National Builder of the Year honor from Professional Builder Magazine. Beyond homebuilding, Bob has led a diverse portfolio of ventures spanning residential, commercial, environmental, and hospitality sectors, including Tennessee Grasslands and Franklin Investment Holdings. He is deeply committed to giving back, and through the Goodall Family Foundation. He and his wife, Karen, have invested in housing for veterans, children, and the disabled, including homes built in partnership with the On the Rock Foundation. Bob's professional success is matched by his dedication to faith-based causes and community impact across Middle Tennessee. He and Karen have been married 36 years, have two adult children, Will and Hillary, and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

Daniel Jeffries

Daniel Jeffries is a resilient entrepreneur and disaster recovery leader who began his career in janitorial services at age 18 and built his way into one of the most dynamic operations in the SERVPRO system. After gaining firsthand disaster response experience following hurricanes in Florida and Louisiana, including Hurricane Katrina, Daniel amassed more than 20 years of expertise in restoration, disaster recovery, and biohazard cleanup. Today, he serves as President and CEO of the Servpro Jeffries Global Disaster Recovery Team, overseeing multiple franchises across California and Colorado. He has also invested in a diverse portfolio of Memphis-based businesses, including Excellent Roofing, the Memphis Music Room, and Strategic Global Resources. Daniel is known for his passion for team development and his commitment to building thriving organizations from the ground up, embodying a spirit of perseverance and stewardship in everything he does.

Danny Brown

Danny Brown is an entrepreneurial leader with nearly 25 years of franchise ownership experience with SERVPRO. Through his vision and operational acumen, he grew and multiplied his locations into a top-producing operation. His success led him to serve on the Stages Board, where he played a key role in helping SERVPRO grow into a billion-dollar company. Danny is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a devoted Georgia Bulldogs fan. He retired in 2020 after selling his franchises and now focuses his time on family, faith, and giving back through board service. He and his wife, Patti, have been married 34 years and have one daughter, Molly, and reside in Greensboro, GA.

Erik Olson

Erik Olson is the CEO of SERVPRO Team Olson, overseeing franchises across Denver, Houston, Austin, Indianapolis, Washington D.C., and the Maryland metro markets. He began his SERVPRO career in 2006 and represents the third generation of Olson family involvement in the Servpro brand, a legacy he carries with great pride. Erik is most passionate about the development of his team members and the organization's ability to serve clients during their greatest times of need. He is active on multiple advisory boards and keeps community involvement and giving back central to his leadership philosophy. Erik and his wife, Kacey, are the proud parents of three children — Lincoln, Violet, and Saylor.

Jeff Fields

Jeff Fields is a business and technology leader with 25+ years of executive experience, including serving as SVP and CIO at Servpro Industries. In addition to other degrees, he holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Doctor of Divinity from Newburg Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at William Woods University. Jeff is a real estate investor and lifelong learner who enjoys teaching and mentoring, with a strong commitment to ministry and growing in Christ. He and his wife, Anna, have three grown children and a grandchild. They enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time together as a family.

John Sooker

John Sooker is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in accounting, risk management, and disaster recovery, currently serving as President and COO of Servpro Industries — a role he assumed in 2023 after more than a decade of progressive leadership within the organization. Prior to SERVPRO, he held leadership roles at KPMG and Louisiana-Pacific, building a strong foundation in financial operations and organizational strategy. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. A devoted Catholic and follower of Jesus Christ, John is passionate about supporting church leaders and ministry advancement, including through his involvement with the Isaacson Foundation. He and his wife, Colleen, have two children, Sean and Meghan, and John is an avid Notre Dame fan.

Keith Hopper

Keith Hopper is a veteran business leader who has served as President of Sentry Steel Service Co. since 1997, bringing more than 40 years of experience to the steel service industry. His career has been defined by steady growth, long-term client relationships, and an unwavering reputation for integrity. A graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Keith has built a professional legacy alongside a deep personal commitment to faith and community. He is an active member of Long Hollow Church and a longtime supporter of FCA and numerous Christian nonprofits across Middle Tennessee. Keith and his wife, Cindy, have been married 43 years, are the proud parents of three sons — Chris, Matt, and Will — and enjoy time with their four grandchildren.

Kevin Gregory

Kevin Gregory is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, having founded and operated four medical companies that resulted in nearly $500 million in acquisition transactions. Throughout his career, Kevin intentionally integrated his faith into his business practices, donating hundreds of diagnostic ultrasound machines to pregnancy centers across the nation as an expression of his commitment to protecting life. He is a longstanding supporter of FCA and a dedicated mentor to young men across Middle Tennessee, and he has led or participated in a men's discipleship group that has met every Friday morning for more than 13 years. Kevin also serves on the Personnel and Stewardship Committee at First Baptist Church Hendersonville. He attended Western Kentucky University, where he met his wife, Andrea, and they have been married 26 years. Together they have two daughters, Alex and Chloe.

Scott Gettelfinger

Scott Gettelfinger is a seasoned sales and business development executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience in consumer services and manufacturing, including executive roles at DuPont, Parksite, and Servpro Industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at SERVPRO, where he spent nearly 13 years advancing national accounts before rising to his VP role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis and Information Systems from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Known for his skill in negotiation, sales strategy, and large-scale account management, Scott has built a career defined by strong relationships and results. He is an active member of his Catholic faith and committed to community service. Scott and his wife, Lori, are long-time Tennessee residents and the proud parents of three children — Brooke, Tyler, and Chelsea.

Ted Gregory

Ted Gregory is a financial services and business leader who served as President of Kirkland Financial Group, a Goodlettsville, TN-based company, for more than 15 years before retiring in 2024. Prior to Kirkland, he built a career with Allstate, developing deep expertise in insurance and financial services. Alongside his professional accomplishments, Ted has devoted more than 35 years to ministry and faith-based leadership, including his ongoing service on the FCA Board of Trustees. He is widely known for his generosity, humility, and integrity, and he and his wife, Dawn, personally fund FCA's Girl's Captains Camp to ensure its continued success. Ted and Dawn have been married 38 years and are the proud parents of two daughters, Abbie and Claire.
