Founder & Chairman

Rick Isaacson

Rick Isaacson is applying his decades of business experience to the ministry world to empower Christian leaders and save as many souls as possible. After attending Boise State University, Rick began his career as a sales leader for mutual of Omaha. Then, for decades, he served as Executive Vice President of his family’s company, SERVPRO Headquarters—overseeing strategy, marketing, training, and national accounts. Following a majority acquisition of SERVPRO by private equity firm Blackstone, Rick was appointed CEO and subsequently added $2 billion in sales and quadrupled EBITDA in four years. He was appointed by Governor Bill Lee to the State Workforce Development Board. He serves on multiple other for-profit and nonprofit boards. He is married to Kristie Isaacson, and they have four children—three sons in leadership roles for SERVPRO and a daughter leading the foundation.

Benji Wilson

Benji Wilson relocated from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham in 1999. Since the 1980s, his family has operated SERVPRO franchises. He is passionate about service and innovation and is excited to support the Isaacson Foundation out of gratitude for the years the Isaacsons have provided support for his family and his business.

Bob Goodall

Bob Goodall’s family has lived in Middle Tennessee since 1808. He grew up in Gallatin and spent forty years building homes. He is excited to collaborate with other leaders on the Isaacson Foundation’s board

Daniel Jeffries

Daniel Jeffries owns several SERVPRO franchises in Colorado and California. He also operates businesses in Memphis, including Excellent Roofing, the Memphis Music Room, and Strategic Global Resources.

Danny Brown

Danny Brown has been married to Patti for 32 years. Danny joined SERVPRO in 1996—owning franchises and serving on boards. In 2020, he retired in Greensboro, GA. He has committed to being “all in” with Rick Isaacson and is eager to contribute as a board member of the Isaacson Foundation.

Erik Olson

Erik Olson is CEO and owner of SERVPRO Team Olson, overseeing franchises in several states and specializing in large-scale restoration projects. Since joining SERVPRO in 2006, he has taken on various board-level roles to contribute to the company’s overarching growth and development. He emphasizes community involvement and strongly supports the Isaacson Foundation’s mission.

Jeff Fields

Jeff Fields is a business and technology leader with 25+ years of executive experience, including serving as SVP and CIO at Servpro Industries. In addition to other degrees, he holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Doctor of Divinity from Newburg Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at William Woods University. Jeff is a real estate investor and lifelong learner who enjoys teaching and mentoring, with a strong commitment to ministry and growing in Christ. He and his wife, Anna, have three grown children and a grandchild. They enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time together as a family.

John Sooker

John Sooker became President and COO of SERVPRO Industries in 2023 after joining the company in 2010. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at KPMG and Louisiana-Pacific. He brings deep expertise in accounting, risk management, and disaster recovery. He also supports church leaders through the Isaacson Foundation by helping equip ministries to thrive.

Keith Hopper

Keith Hopper has been married to Cindy for 41 years, and they are blessed with three sons and four grandchildren. He has owned and operated Sentry Steel for 40 years and feels honored to join the Isaacson Foundation board alongside Rick and Kristie. He is inspired by their humble generosity and commitment to serving the Lord.

Kevin Gregory

Kevin Gregory serves on the board of the Isaacson Foundation with the goal of making a world-changing impact. He recognizes Jesus as the ultimate source of power and views the foundation as a means to connect with that source. After attending Western Kentucky University, he has served in many corporate and entrepreneurial roles.

Scott Gettelfinger

Scott Gettelfinger has resided in Tennessee for 30 years and is family oriented. He is active in the Catholic faith and has held senior roles at DuPont and SERVPRO. He is connected to the board through his work with JPII and his close friendships with Rick and Kristie Isaacson; they frequently vacation together.

Ted Gregory

Ted Gregory has been married for 36 years and has two daughters. He spent decades at Allstate and Kirkland Financial and has been active in ministry work for more than 35 years. He is focused on legacy and is eager to contribute to the mission of the Isaacson Foundation.
