The Empower Ministry Leadership Program provides an environment of collaboration among high-growth church leaders in the same region. Our goal is to empower successful leaders of churches to amplify their impact, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen their ministries for lasting success. The EML Program launched in Middle Tennessee in 2025. Empower Ministry looks forward to replicating the program in additional regions.
